CAN I SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO/PO BOXES?

While most items can be shipped to Military APO/FPO/DPO or Military P.O. Box addresses, there might be certain limitations. Shipments bound for these addresses will be routed through the United States Postal Service, and expedited or overnight services cannot be accommodated.

WHAT'S THE TIMELINE FOR ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING?

Generally, orders are swiftly processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the time of order placement.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, OR PUERTO RICO?

Absolutely! However, some conditions and additional shipping fees may apply.

HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

If you no longer wish to receive the products initially purchased at a discounted subscription rate, please follow the steps shown in this video.  

You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time using the steps described.  Please note, in order to initiate any subscription an acknowledgment of our subscription terms was checked by the purchaser stating the following:

“I acknowledge that the shipping information that I have provided is accurate.  In the event that I have purchased a product at the discounted subscription rate, I am responsible for canceling my subscription by logging into my own account as I have done for this purchase. I understand that if I do not cancel my subscription, I will be charged every 3 months using the payment information that I have provided. Specifically, I acknowledge that it is not the responsibility of Carlos K. Wesley MD PC to cancel my subscription for me.”

RETURN POLICY

Any unopened non-prescription item that arrives damaged in transit may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  Prescription items (i.e. topical medication) are made uniquely upon each purchase and are non refundable.  The 30-day window is based on when the customer initiates and pays for the return shipment rather than when the return product is received.  

 

To make purchasers aware of this policy prior to placing an order, each topical spray contains in its detailed description the disclaimer, “As a custom-made prescription medication, please note that this product is non refundable.
